The Azerbaijani delegation arrived in Kabul to participate in the tripartite meeting

The Ministry of Industry and Trade says that on the morning of Thursday, 15th of August, a delegation from Azerbaijan headed by the deputy minister of economy of that country arrived in Kabul and was welcomed by the deputy minister of this ministry, Ahmadullah Zahid.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the delegation is scheduled to participate in the trilateral meeting between Afghanistan, Azerbaijan and Beijing.

The ministry added that the meeting discussed the development of trilateral economic and trade relations, trilateral development of transport and logistics sectors, geological exploration of solid minerals in Afghanistan, exploration in areas with high mineral and hydrocarbon fields and implementation of cement production project in Afghanistan. Northern Afghanistan with a capacity of 1 million tons per year to be discussed.
