Andy Burnham has announced that the UK has approved the decision to send air defense systems and a Voyager tanker aircraft to Saudi Arabia. The purpose of sending this aircraft is to support aerial refueling of military aircraft.
Burnham added that the aircraft has so far carried out 14 operational missions and that Britain will continue to stand alongside Saudi Arabia against attacks by the Yemeni armed forces.
