In response to the attack on a wedding in Sirik, Iran, US Vice President Jeddah Vance said that US forces never target civilians, but, he said, “sometimes, unfortunately, things happen.”
These statements were made at a time when an attack on a wedding ceremony in Sirik resulted in the martyrdom and injury of a number of civilians.
